    Dear David, I can confirm that in late October/early November last year, we switched from our current telecommunications provider, JET Communications Limited, to Nitel Limited and their IP hosted telephone system.  Nitel Limited’s approach was proactive and focused.  From initial contact through meetings, product demonstrations and eventual introduction of the system, they were at all times extremely business-like, competent and attentive.  The company displayed professionalism and a desire to achieve customer satisfaction. The company provided a very reasonable quote not only to take over as a hosted system, but also to provide new handsets on every desk in the office.  David Ezekiel ably demonstrated the savings that could be made using Nitel’s system. Nitel Limited’s staff, who introduced the system, were efficient, competent and helpful.  Although there were some initial glitches in the hosted system (as is often the case when new products are introduced) these now seem to have settled down and the hosted service is working as should be expected and as promised by David Ezekiel.  Where problems have arisen, Nitel are quick to act to smooth out and resolve any issues.
